I tried to get a quote from GEICO through their online system but their quotes varied tremendously on separate occasions. It was difficult and frustrating trying to get a consistent competitive rate through GEICO through their automated system. It was much easier and a better experience speaking with a live representative for State Farm on the phone."

"In the beginning Peekskill State Farm was good for a few years until it wasn’t; 2025 year check up for discount or other stuff everything went down hill first was rescheduled my “meeting” 3x and texting me after hours (past 6-7pm) a worker name Dylan or Dan I forgot his name but started with a D (all conversation was deleted when I wanted to show proof) about schedule a meeting and apparently “couldn’t do in person meeting because fully booked and if I were to go I would need an appointment” and I texted back I felt uncomfortable you texting me after hours and following day I sent email of the conversation with him and when they called me I believe a supervisor or manager I explained what happened no apology or anything of the situation was discussed just only spoke about the policy or what I need from them. Be careful when they advertise the safety device to you bc I didn’t want it and nor put it on my cars “free” but wasn’t free now I’m paying for it even though I didn’t install it and I told them remove it on my policy was ignore nor answered me right away anymore (brushed off) and not explaining to me what is happening why being overcharged almost $500. I noticed they were ignoring me a lot and I need to be transferred somewhere else and for doing that a women name Clara didn’t say which State Farm is this (Peekskill) was very rude and lied in the beginning “we want to speak to you being transferred…” me thinking it’s the new place then after saying this is the Peekskill location what is the actual reason.."
