"My husband has been in a back and fourth with this office since April over a refund that they owe. They either are trying to keep money that isn't theirs, or are just that incompetent. I do not recommend, unless you dont check your bills and statements and dont mind being ripped off."

"My experience with this insurance branch has been horrible. After three years working with this branch I have switched to another insurance provider. When I first joined it was nothing but a headache due to mishandling by the staff, prices kept increasing but I just didn’t want to have to deal with switching providers. Until I decided to purchase a new vehicle last week and requested a quote. The lady at this branch gave a reasonable quote that I felt comfortable with, I then drive over an hour to finalize my deal to purchase my new car only to find out the quote was incorrect and the actual monthly price I would have to pay was nearly $100 more a month than I anticipated. After wasting my time, I call to speak with a manager so they can be notified that this happened, only to be given the run around and never get called back. Needless to say I am done with State Farm, and done with this branch. I would give them a 0 if I could."

So far, it has made me and other drivers in the family be more aware of safe habits to ensure safe driving would lead to lower rates. I tried to get a quote from GEICO through their online system but their quotes varied tremendously on separate occasions. It was difficult and frustrating trying to get a consistent competitive rate through GEICO through their automated system. It was much easier and a better experience speaking with a live representative for State Farm on the phone."
